This explains what we collect when you use or buy from pathhouse.online, why, and your choices. The site is operated by Pathhouse. Contact: [email protected].
In short: we collect your email to deliver what you buy. We never see your card details. Analytics are your choice. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Your email address and order details: the kit you bought, the payment reference, the time, and your download count.
- Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, used to run and secure the site.
- Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location, how you arrived, and errors.
- If you accept analytics: we also record how you use the site, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, with anything you type hidden. We store a random visitor ID in a cookie and local storage. If you decline, we only count visits anonymously, with no cookies and nothing stored on your device.
Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
How we use it
To take payment and deliver your purchase, answer support requests, prevent fraud, keep the site secure and improve it. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who handles it
Our payment, hosting, email and analytics providers process data for us under their own terms, and may do so in other countries.
How long we keep it
Records that give access to your downloads are deleted automatically 60 days after purchase. Other data is kept only as long as it is needed.
Cookies and your choice
We use no advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we load no analytics at all. You can change your analytics choice at any time:
Marketing email
We only send marketing email where you have agreed or the law allows it, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. The email with your download is not marketing.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at [email protected]. Rights vary by country, and we respect the ones that apply to you. Deleting an order record also removes your download access.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. The kits are for adults and students, and we do not knowingly collect data from young children.
