Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you buy or use anything from pathhouse.online. By paying, you agree to them. The site is operated by Pathhouse ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. What we sell
Downloadable digital kits: a PDF guide, editable Word templates and Excel trackers, sold separately or as a bundle. We sell no physical goods and no subscriptions. A free 3-page sample of each kit is on the site before you buy.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown in naira (NGN). You enter your email and pay on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card details.
3. Delivery
After payment is confirmed you get a download page straight away, and we also email the link to the address you entered. The link works for 60 days, with up to 10 downloads of each file. Please save your files. If a download fails or a file is damaged, email us and we will fix it.
4. All sales are final
The files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final. Please read the free sample first. See the no-refund policy.
5. Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a kit for your own applications, work and learning. You may not resell, share, post or redistribute the kits or any part of them. What you write in the templates belongs to you.
6. No guarantees
The kits are guidance and tools. We do not guarantee any scholarship, grant, job, client, income or other result. Programme, job and tool details change often, so always confirm specifics on official pages. We are not affiliated with any programme, employer or tool mentioned. Nothing in the kits is legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
7. Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, try to reach files or orders that are not yours, or interfere with payments or downloads. We may block access if we reasonably believe this is happening.
8. Ownership
We own, or have the right to use, all content in the kits and on the site. Buying a kit does not transfer ownership of it.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make using the kits, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase. They are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Pathhouse is registered, subject to any rights you have under the law where you live.
